How to Start

It’s simple to start. Browse our courses and choose the one you like the most from our list of courses. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create your own student account. If you already have an online account, log in and choose from the list of classes.
You can start your course immediately after you’ve made payment. You will also have lifetime access to your course. Which means you can start the training later in the day, take a break when you want, or even retake the entire class in the future.
We brought the essentials to compact, efficient courses. Each course lasts between one and three hours. All our programs are 100% online, self-paced, and text-based (including a lot of photos and videos, graphs, and diagrams). Additional reading material is not provided. You can find the duration per course on the course list here.
All our courses are for both students and teachers. So, you don’t need prior experience or a formal application to begin. All you need is a web browser and a little bit of motivation!

Courses Cost and Payments

With our discounts, our online courses cost between $10 and $15. These prices include the course content as well as your own certificate. There are no other charges. All of the costs can be found in the listing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), major debit cards, and PayPal for your payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept manual bank transfers. If you use the credit card of a third party (e.g. family member or close friend), please make sure that this person approves your payment.
All of our courses must be paid for in advance. You can start studying immediately after payment is received.

There are many reasons why a reimbursement may not occur.

  • Check your credit card information for errors.
  • Make sure you have enough funds in your account.
  • Use PayPal as an alternative payment method.
  • Use a different credit card.

Certificates

In order to obtain your certification, you must complete an online course and a multiple-choice quiz. All our course quizzes are multiple choice. Don’t be alarmed, â you can take the quiz again at no cost. Also, there is no time limit for completing the course or the quiz. You will receive your certificate as a digital file. We refuse to mail hard copies.
The IBS teaches its distance learning programs to the same high standards as conventional schools and universities. Our credentials are therefore recognized by employers and accepted worldwide. Please understand that we do not award academic titles or degrees. However, most companies recognize IBS certifications as valid professional credentials. Don’t forget to add your accomplishments to your resume and your LinkedIn profile! You will find more information about adding your certificates to your profile on LinkedIn here.

Log in to your medical profile and download your credentials from “My Account > My Certificates.”

As a German and pan-European institution, we abide by the German legal system and the European education framework. The Digital Education Action Plan of the European commission (EC) supports digital certificates and IBS supports the movement to replace paper-document methods with more modern technology. As a result, you will receive your credentials as digital files (pdf), so you can safely and securely save your records and send them to prospective employers. We do not mail hard copies. If you would like a hard copy of your Workman’s Compensation insurance certificate, we recommend printing it by using an expensive electrophotographic printer. Both digital certificates and your own printout are legitimate.

Institutions and employers can verify our certificates by the ID code on each certificate.

If you complete 4 to 6 similar courses in a particular area (e.g. Mini-MBA), you will receive a certificate of completion at no charge. Visit our training schedule page here to find these courses.

Other issues?

Please pay by credit card or PayPal. There are many reasons why a payment may fail.

  • Make sure your credit card information contains no errors.
  • Make sure there is enough money on your account.
  • Use PayPal as an alternative payment method.
  • Use a bank card other than the default.

Please perform the following:

  • Log in to confirm that the course is listed in your “My Courses” section. If it is not listed there, check your other email address.
  • Check your email inbox for your IBMI order confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check if you have used a different email address during the checkout process.
  • Contact your bank to see if the money was subtracted from your account.
  • If your order is successfully completed and you can’t get access to our training, please send the following information to

  • If you forget your password, click here to recover it. Note that if you can’t locate the email, be sure to check your spam folder.
  • If you need to change your name or email, just log in to your My Account account and navigate to “My Profile > Edit Account.”
